Andrew Holleran

Andrew Holleran is the pseudonym of novelist, essayist, and short story writer Eric Garber. He was a member of The Violet Quill, a gay writer's group that met briefly from 1980-81, which included Edmund White and Felice Picano. Holleran's novels include "Dancer from the Dance," "Nights in Aruba," and "Grief: A Novel." He received the Bill Whitehead Award for Lifetime Achievement from the Publishing Triangle in 2007
